It's hard to say if it's a bug in the decoding library or in the GStreamer
plugin.

Could you make the/a file that causes the issue available online somewhere?

Or maybe the first few kB are enough to reproduce the issue - then you could
just attach that to this bug report (try with:  head --bytes=999k song.wv >
beginning.wv)
