I have noticed that the video/x-h264 pad will not link to the mpegtsmux plugin.
On investigation i found that flvdemux generates the pad with the caps
video/x-h264, stream-format=avc while mpegtsmux expects video/x-h264,
stream-format=bytestream. This should probably updated in mpegtsmux.
