Does this happen with all wma files you try? If only this file then please
attach it to the bug, if with all your wma files then try doing:

# export GST_DEBUG=*:5
# gst-launch playbin2 uri=file:///mnt/udisk/wma.wma 2&>output.txt

compress the output.txt file and attach it to this bug report.
