A bug report for WINE has been filled on their bugzilla about this, please read
 http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25511#c2 Comments 2 and 3 .

However, after doing some regression testing with WINE, I could not find a
culprit in their source. Hence, I wonder if this could be a gstreamer bug. What
do you guys think? Do you have anything you would like me to test for you?
