Updated patch to add weak referencing to GstMiniObject using instance private
data

Nevermind.  The code already checks for duplicate weak references and that wont
make a difference for fixing the bug that this bug blocks.  This patch saves
the private data in the GstMiniObject structure as requested.  I hope it's okay
for committing when possible.  Thanks.
