Well, I just tried again, and yes it finally works. I get the 128 kbit/s stream
in Totem with the Gstreamer backend now using the default installation of
Ubuntu 11.04 "Natty Narwhal". It did NOT work for me before with the version
referred to in comment 7 (i.e. it plays, but low bitrate).
