Could you get check if the basesink (debug tag "basesink") emits the message
"possibly waiting for clock to reach" with a timestamp that's suddenly higher
than what it should be, and more or less the delay which video wedges for ?
Run with GST_DEBUG=basesink:4.
Better even if to run with GST_DEBUG=5 and save the log for later, I might ask
you to grep in it and send me excerpts (the full log for a day will be *huge*,
so redirect to a partition that's got space).
