Summary: tcp{srver, client}{src, sink} do not build on windows
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: git
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-base
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: lfarkas at lfarkas.org
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

when i cross compile base on rhel-6 with mingw64 for win32 the gst/tcp dir do
not build by default. in the configure script it's looking for sys/socket.h but
not for winsock2.h (as in rtsp).
is it intentional or just some kind of bug or rtsp implemented for both and
tcp* is not?
