Not sure yet if that's a demuxer problem, or a source problem, as I don't get a
new segment event, but I'm not sure if the udpsrc is able to know when a
restart happens, and should generate a new segment (bug in -good), or if the
demuxer should detect this from timestamps and reoffset (bug in -bad).
