Have also seen some intermittent instances of this, but not been able to
reproduce this "reliably" so far.  Could not find anything suspicious in code
path either.

Not sure how to look into this one, but some network capture along with
corresponding (at least) *rtsp*:5 debug log is likely useful/needed at least.
