Could you try this please?

gst-launch-0.10 -v filesrc location=/bin/audio_src_48k_le.wav ! wavparse !
audioconvert ! audioresample ! alsasink

or even

gst-launch-0.10 -v playbin2 uri=file:///bin/audio_src_48k_le.wav

Does it work?
