Whatsmore, the files return some incorrect metadata after discovery

In python, if you do:   stream.get_par_num() / stream.get_par_denom()
You'll get a "ZeroDivisionError: long division or modulo by zero". Yet, a Pixel
Aspect Ratio denominator of 0 does not make sense.
