Note: this has been disabled in baseparse in gst_base_parse_handle_seek(), grep
for "negative_rate_pull_mode", one would need to remove that check to test this
bug.

Reverse playback doesn't work if baseparse operates in pull mode, so reverse
playback for mp3/flac/aac/etc. doesn't work at all, unless they're in a
container.

Looks like some segment configuration snafu.
