May I suggest you isolate problems first, and then file individual bugs for
each element?

e.g. here you should check with gst-launch -v what caps are negotiated on the
muxer sink pad, and then do something like

  ... mpeg4videoparse ! video/xyz...... ! fakesink

to narrow down the mpeg4videoparse problem. Anything else should then be filed
against the muxer(s) in question.
