Soo ... this introduces weird PCR wraps. They don't *actually* wrap, it's more
like they get resetted/shifted.

A wrap would be going from (close to) PCR_MAX to (close to) 0.

In this case ... it goes backwards by 30s at each loop. I'm not 100% sure
whether this should be handled or not.
