This:

  gst-launch-0.10 playbin2
uri=rtsp://media1.law.harvard.edu/Media/policy_d/2011/12/06_cfe.mov

works fine with 0.10 git of other modules and gst-ffmpeg 0.10.13, but when
using 0.10 git of other modules and gst-ffmpeg 0.10 git, the top half of the
picture is garbled, as if it threw away some parts of keyframe data.
