Since the switch to tracking the 0.8 branch of libav, it just abort()s... using
this simple pipeline "audiotestsrc ! ffenc_g722 ! fakesink"

But my guess is that it's probably an upstream bug in libav. I suggest we
disable it for now until it's fixed upstream.
