I have an AVI with MPEG4 video and AC3 audio. Trying to re-encode the audio
into AAC and remux the video and put the results into a MP4 container. It
errors out with:
we got an error, life is shit
Could not multiplex stream.
gstqtmux.c(2528): gst_qt_mux_add_buffer ():

DTS method failed to re-order timestamps.
