Does not seem to want to compile:

....
libtoolize: Remember to add `LT_INIT' to configure.ac.
+ running aclocal -I m4 -I common/m4 ...
+ running autoheader ...
+ running autoconf ...
+ running automake --add-missing --copy...
bindings/vala/Makefile.am:1: ENABLE_VAPIGEN does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
