This fails:
totem http://lobostv.lobocast.org.es:8004/lobostv.ogg
This works:
gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=http://lobostv.lobocast.org.es:8004/lobostv.ogg

The difference is the use of the pitch element in Totem's audiosink pipeline:
