gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri="rtsp://91.213.34.18:1935/live/pophd" plays
correctly
gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri="rtspt://91.213.34.18:1935/live/pophd" has a lag
between audio and video stream, the delay varies between < 100 ms of multiple
seconds
this issue affects both gst 0.10 and master branches
