osxaudio: use GST_AUDIO_INFO_* accessors

Nakajima-san,

I hadn't realized that you were porting osxaudio to 1.0 while I was working on
the same thing. Most of our changes are essentially the same, but I've attached
a patch where there is one difference. It should be functionally equivalent but
should make the code a bit more resilient against future data structure
changes.
