No smooth streaming yet, but it should be really easy to add it as it would
only require to write a manifest renderer (at least for on-demand). Live is
only a bit more tricky.

I think there might a GType collision with the fragmented plugin (hlsdemux) for
GstFragment. We should make sure that this plugin also uses the baseadaptive
library and GstFragment from it. Maybe we can also rename baseadaptive to
adaptivestreaming...
