Have you tried adding "slave-method=2 provide-clock=true" properties to the
alsasink plugin in the pipeline?  Try...

"jackaudiosrc ! something ! alsasink slave-method=2 provide-clock=true"

...since "jackaudiosrc ! something ! alsasink" seems to fail the quickest...
