It's time to deliberate ! :)

* gst-launch-1.0 -v alsasrc device=hw:Live1 ! audioresample ! alsasink
device=hw:Live1 sync=false
status: FAILED (silent, no log)

* gst-launch-1.0 -v alsasrc device=hw:Live ! audioconvert ! alsasink
device=hw:Live sync=false
status: FAILED (silent, no log)

* gst-launch-1.0 -v audiotestsrc ! audioconvert ! alsasink device=hw:Intel
status: running

* gst-launch-1.0 -v audiotestsrc ! audioresample ! alsasink device=hw:XFi
status: running

Pipelines were aged of 19h (I don't know exactly when they have failed).

Tested with Gstreamer 1.0.9 with Linux-3.2.0-4-rt
