I noticed several typos when fixing the GStreamer documentaiton, the attached
patches fixes the ones I have noticed.

I divided the typo fixes into patches for the documentation, for docs/random,
for debug/error messages and finally a patch only for patches in comments (that
are not part of the documentation). I hope this makes it easier for you to
choose what parts you care about and what parts you want to ignore (may random
and comments..?).
