The cerbero version you're using is not the one of the GStreamer project.
Please remove all that and try again with the 1.2 branch from here:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/cerbero/

And then don't build the package gstreamer-1.0-sdk but gstreamer-1.0.
