It's correct that decodebin links the srcpad of the decoder when the CAPS event
is sent. But I don't think it's correct ignore the RECONFIGURE flag that was
set because of the linking. There might be a more optimal format or way of
allocation now that things are linked.

What's the problem you're trying to fix here?
