I'm sorry, was my fault, I didn't checked for the latest summited patch.
Anyway, these patches are better.

After both patches was applied, I've tested the dvbsrc and dvbbasebin plugins
and I got DVB-S2 signal on Astra 19.2 and Hotbird 13. Unfortunately, I can't
tune on
DVB-S2 multi-streams transponder due to my hardware limitation, so the
"stream-id" properties was not tested.
