adpcm g726 wave format

gst-launch-1.0 alsasrc num-buffers=1000 ! avenc_g726 ! matroskamux ! filesink
location=/tmp/test.mkv

produce a file that vlc can play fine, maybe something is still missing since
playback from gstreamer fails with this error:
