If you have a DLNA server that can't provide a proper full BYTE range e.g.
because it is live transcoding or so, there is probably a TIME range and any
seeks should be done in TIME format then. There will be some demuxer-related
issues to go with that as well then (this can only really be supported sanely
for streaming containers, I think).
