The problem is stereo and multiview buffer flags are not expressive enough,
though they could serve as a hint that some more descriptive meta data is
attached to the buffer. e.g. for side by side, you also have options to flip
one view. Besides, the MVC standard is usually about "constituent frames" (0 or
1), the actual meaning of those is described in the SEI message.
