I'm not sure an integer is the way to go for this tag.

There are other ways (for example via the component_descriptor component_type
field) to indicate that a stream is audio-description, or for the hard of
hearing, or supplemental-stream (to be mixed in with the main audio stream),
...).

Changing the title accordingly also.
