Thanks for posting your findings. Let's keep this open for now though. I think
we should figure out a way to make this work better automatically by default.
There's a latency/throughput trade-off here I guess, but maybe we can do
something clever like estimate the consumption bitrate and adjust the blocksize
based on that or so.
