    server: convert to jpeg snapshot replacements

Modifies the GSS_A and GSS_P macros (and adds a few others) to keep track of
what indentation level the generated HTML is at, and properly indent
subsequently generated HTML. 

This is primarily to make it easy to read the page source in the browser.
