Weird, this has never been an issue for buzztrax (buzztard). Cheese should
probably use GOptionContext. Although the change does not seem to hurt.

 ~/buzztrax/bin/buzztrax-edit --help
Usage:
  buzztrax-edit [OPTION...]

Help Options:
  -h, --help                        Show help options
  --help-all                        Show all help options
  --help-gst                        Show GStreamer Options
  --help-bt-core                    Show buzztrax core options
  --help-bt-ic                      Show buzztrax interaction controller
options
  --help-gtk                        Show GTK+ Options

Application Options:
  --version                         Print application version
  -c, --command={load}              Command name
  -i, --input-file=<songfile>       Input file name
  --display=DISPLAY                 X display to use
