Summary: rtp timestamps not correct when pausing/seeking
    Classification: Platform
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: 1.x
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-base
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: alexas at axis.com
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
     GNOME version: ---

rtp should have timestamps that are monotonically increasing and should not
stop due to pause or reset due to seek. The functionality today is based on
running time which works until pausing (running time will halt) or seeking
(running time will be 0 again).
