We are trying to build GES on top of 1.0.7 but are getting linker errors
because the following symbols are not being exported in gstpbutils-1.0.lib:

_gst_encoding_profile_set_preset_name
_gst_discoverer_stream_info_get_stream_id
_gst_encoding_profile_get_preset_name
