When trying to play some streams with deinterlace on, no video is displayed.
Player window will open, but it's transparent. I see all windows under this and
no video is playing. Disabling deinterlace helps to play stream, but it's not a
solution.

Example (8 MB file):
gst-launch-1.0 playbin
uri=http://work.salstar.sk/public/deinterlace_problem.mpg

By adding flags=1 or flags=0x417 or other flags which disables deinterlace
plays video vithout problems.
