I modified the dtcp filter element to extend from basetransform.  I added
static metadata with "Decoder".  I can build the pipeline manually, but it
won't autoplug.  The autoplugging fails with "No decoder available for type
'application/x-dtcp1'.  I also see this error message prior:
Sticky event misordering, got 'caps' before 'stream-start'.  What are the steps
to get autoplugging working?  I must be missing something :(.
