They do not support session multiplexing atm. When it is implemented, we would
have an additional request pad on each of those elements, which would be the
trigger for switching to session multiplexing (if it is requested, do
session-multiplexing, otherwise do ssrc-multiplexing)

Can you elaborate? I don't understand this. rtpbin has not been changed here.
