That file is completely broken :) It also crashes avplay here, but with
GStreamer 1.2.0 and latest GIT it works without crashes. Still not pleasant to
view because the stream is rather broken, looks the same way in VLC and mplayer
(and the libav decoders complain about lots of broken things, and the MPEG TS
demuxer too).
