commit 8ba5fb0b28f479b924b779095dc44d9504ce7ce5
Author: Sebastian Dröge <slomo at circular-chaos.org>
Date: Mon Sep 2 13:53:51 2013 +0200

outputselector: Don't adjust segment->start to the current time when
switching pads

This does not make any sense at all and breaks timestamp->running_time
    calculations in unpredictable ways.
