I have tested these 4 pipelines:

gst-launch-1.0 alsasrc device=hw:Juli ! alsasink device=hw:Juli sync=true
gst-launch-1.0 alsasrc device=hw:Juli ! alsasink device=hw:Juli sync=false
gst-launch-1.0 alsasrc device=hw:Juli ! queue ! alsasink device=hw:Juli
sync=true
gst-launch-1.0 alsasrc device=hw:Juli ! queue ! alsasink device=hw:Juli
sync=false

* with original gstalsasink.c code:

The sound is nice at the beginning

* with code from Comment #147 :

The sound is nice at the beginning

* with code from Comment #152 :

The sound is noisy from the beginning.

I have not yet taken the time to test through time. ^^

I will try the third pipeline (queue and sync=true) with code from Comment #147
giving it more time.
