The symbol is available in the library
00000000000add90 T gst_stream_flags_get_type

After a suggestion from tim, I deinstalled gstreamer-1.0.10 and tried to build
it again, this time the build finished. So it seems to be picking up the
installed 1.0.10 from /usr/local.
