Remains to decide if we backport of not. Some testing would be nice. for those
who'd like to test, Kernel < 3.15.2 has no CREATE_BUF in UVC. A pipeline that
typically stalls without that:

gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src ! video/x-raw,framerate=30/1 ! queue
min-threshold-buffers=16 ! xvimagesink sync=false
