This simple pipeline does not always produce a video playing on the screen:
gst-launch-1.0 videotestsrc ! glimagesink

With git version it works halve of the time. This problem is present in the
last released version (1.4.4). 
This race condition is not present when GST_DEBUG is enabled :-(
