This may be preaching to the choir, but anyway ...

It has taken quite some time and doing to get muxers to handle sparse streams
(by means of GstCollectPads[2]), so I hope this "added later" is before muxers
get ported to GstAggregator so as not to loose the sparse stream (subtitle)
support along the way.
