The stuff from gstreamer.com has nothing to do with the GStreamer project, it's
just something provided by two companies and built on very old versions of
GStreamer. Any problems with this should be reported to them.


Alternatively you could update to a newer version of GStreamer and use the
binaries provided by the GStreamer project from here:
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/pkg/windows/1.2.3/

They work more or less the same as the ones from gstreamer.com
