Thanks for the bug report, but as you noted in the RH bug, 0.10 is no longer
maintained, and hasn't been for years now, so it's unlikely anyone will look
into it.

A stack trace with debugging symbols for both libx264 and the x264enc plugin
might be useful though. It seems to crash when initing the encoder, I don't
remember ever having seen a problem like this. Could be a bug in GStreamer or
in libx264.
